Class sizes are limited and by appointment only, please call to check if a slot is open for a listed class or you wish to check the status of listed classes. Experience in at least one prior reformer class is required.
Please contact us 24 hours ahead of your scheduled session if you wish to cancel or you may be charged for the class.
In case of inclement weather, please contact us, as private and group sessions may be re-scheduled.
If you would like to start a group class at a time that is convenient for you, we need 3 people, please inquire.

A Reformer is a spring-based resistance apparatus designed to support your spine while you target specific muscle groups. It looks like a small bed with a sliding platform which is attached to a. system of ropes, springs and pulleys.
Scientific research supports many health benefits for Pilates. Studies suggest it may help to improve muscle endurance & flexibility, lessen depression & anxiety and reduce chronic pain.
